After a series of misadventures, finally the islanders of Island Tribe are happy. They managed to rescue the girlfriend of the head of the tribe, celebrated their wedding and befriended the evil shaman. Whereas now the same shaman has asked them for help in what will be another adventure in the saga.

After suffering a curse, the desperate shaman needs your help to discover how to break the curse. To this end, the protagonists of Island Tribe 4 must make a journey in time and help former residents of China, Scandinavia and Egypt to find how to break the curse.
